Gumbo Beach is a state of mind created by New York Minute. It’s a rowdy mixture of the Beach, R&B, Bourbon Street and good old Rock and Roll. It reflects the band’s eclectic style, ranging from beach music, to classic rock, to R & B. Everyone needs an escape, so we decided to create a destination, a state of mind, filled with our concoction of musical styles and call it “Gumbo Beach”.
